Our Partners

Regrow Borneo

Unearth Adventure is supporting Regrow Borneo's reforestation initiatives by redirecting a portion of our profits towards reforestation efforts. This funding helps Regrow Borneo to plant trees, restore degraded ecosystems, and protect endangered species.

Unearth Adventure's support for Regrow Borneo's reforestation initiatives actively contributes to the conservation of Borneo's unique and precious ecosystems. By planting trees and restoring degraded landscapes, Unearth Adventure is helping to create a more sustainable future for Borneo’s biodiversity and its people.

KOPEL

KOPEL is a community-based co-operative in the Lower Kinabatangan region of Sabah, Malaysian Borneo. The local organisation was established to develop alternative livelihoods for the local communities of the Lower Kinabatangan through ecotourism development, conservation initiatives and sustainable social enterprises. Ecotourism activities established a clear link between the forest restoration work and travellers coming to visit, which is key to sustaining alternative livelihoods, as well as the long-term protection and restoration of the remaining rainforest, wildlife and habitats of the Lower Kinabatangan.

Unearth Adventure engages with one of KOPEL’s ecotourism enterprises, Tungog Rainforest Eco Camp, by incorporating a short stay into the itinerary when visiting the Kinabatangan River. This off-grid and low-impact designed property provides an authentic rainforest experience with access to unique encounters of the local biodiversity that is being preserved through this initiative.
